In Thailand, there are about 550 registered deaf translator [10]. If compared to a number of the deaf in Thailand, one person language translator will be expected to serve around 1,500 deaf people when compared with 800,000 hearing-impaired people. We created the Mobile Application that can help the communication of hearing impaired people shows a more precise motion. This application will look like a hand-animated references dictionary, and the classification of vocabulary is easy to learn and search. Most vocabularies are used in everyday life. To increase the channel to learn communication between the deaf and deaf or the deaf and the average person.
