Bluetooth 5.0 and Beyond [Standards]

The point-to-point topology available on Bluetooth basic rate/enhanced data rate is optimized for audio streaming, making it the standard in wireless audio. Bluetooth 5.0 also allows advertising to be done at periodic and deterministic intervals, instead of in a pseudorandom manner used in Bluetooth 4.0.
