A short note on Goppa codes over Elementary Abelian $p$-Extensions of $\mathbb{F}_{p^s}(x)$

In this note, we investigate Goppa codes which are constructed by means of Elementary Abelian $p$-Extensions of $\mathbb{F}_{p^s} (x)$, where $p$ is a prime number and $s$ is a positive integer. We give a simple criterion for self-duality of these codes and list the second generalized Hamming weight of these codes.
