Improving the security of IoT devices by implementing a location-based access control

Nowadays, the number of Internet of Things devices is continuously growing. The vast majority of these devices do not come with a user interface for the user to interact with them, so they are controlled by the user’s mobile phone. This clearly makes the use easier as mobile applications are more flexible, but it also decreases the security as it does not require physical access to the device. The goal of this project is to create a positioning system to locate the user and activate certain devices only when the user is physically present.
