Synthesis of the Intelligent Information and Telecommunication System of Complex Security to Higher Educational Institution

The synthesis concept of the intelligence system of complex safety is proposed in the form of a generalized block diagram. All the tasks are grouped in following classes: decision-making, observation, classification, identification, navigation, and control. Technologies of the neural network and fuzzy approach, swarm intelligence, expert systems, video content analysis, simultaneous localization and mapping, fractal and wavelet analysis are used. The synthesis uses the hierarchical approach.
