An excellent alternative gravitational theory

I present here a new relativistic gravitational theory derived through the principle of least action. The theory overcomes practically all the problems of flat universe cosmology like initial singularity problem, flatness problem, horizon problem, large-scale structure formation problem; galaxy rotation curves problems (i.e. dark matter problem); cosmological constant problem etc… As such, it is therefore an excellent alternative gravitational theory.
