Diabetes is one of the metabolic diseases which effects on productivity and human quality of life. Diabetes management is a difficult task for patients to monitor and control blood glucose levels and avoid serious diabetic complications. Balanced diet and physical activity should be the better treatment for diabetes and they can help patients to avoid serious complications.
