Multiple-point variogram features for evolving of fractal image compression technique

The objective of this work is to reduce the time consuming that spent in the coding of the remote sensing image. The result shows a great improvement in the coding process with less processing time. Some efficiency tests are accomplished to prove the effective of the proposed method in comparing to other methods.
