Cloud computing is playing an important role in providing a service in very economical manner. The demand for the cloud service is increasing day by day. Due to increase in popularity, the cloud service provider cannot provide the security of multimedia data to every user. The cloud consumer will store the data remotely, and that data is available throughout the world. While storing any multimedia content, there is always an issue of security. Moreover, there are several cryptographic approaches to provide security such as RSA, DES, etc. The main disadvantages of these cryptographic techniques are computational time. In this paper, we are using a light weight-key management technique which provides more reliability and take less-time complexity while sharing the data with the cloud. The proposed method also sustains certain failures such as Byzantine failure and data modification attacks.
