Stealing telecommunications service

Every technological development in communication has provided a new opportunity for criminality which has often been utilised. Unfortunately, as we move into the 21st century where broadband telecommunications services such as interactive video telephony will become widely available, the opportunities for criminality will be enhanced. This paper suggests that now is the time to develop strategic responses to the regulatory challenges which this new technology brings.
