Segmented display systems are used for showing short messages or instructions on consumer electronics, notice boards, billboards in traffic areas or public transport stations, etc. To illustrate the individual letters as a meaningful word and consequently for a complete sentence, we need to segmentize individual letters. For Bengali language, only a few models are proposed for the consonant letters, and the output of the letters on display are barely distinguishable. In this paper, we have introduced a structural model for all the Bengali consonant letters for segmentation with fine, understandable shapes of the letters in comparison to existing models. We have ensured less number of segments for each letter to reduce the cost for fabrication of the circuits in VLSI systems. We also have compared the shapes of outputs of our model with existing works and proved it better till now.
