Cloud Computing provides us a means by which we can access the applications as utilities, over the internet. It allows us to create, configure, and customize the business applications online. There are different types of encryption schemes for ensuring confidentiality in cloud. Although, such encryption schemes are not allow cloud datacenters to perform operations on encrypted images. In this proposed work, we mainly focus on dynamic scaling and cropping operations on encrypted images. These two types of operations can be combined to implement zooming and panning operations, which are necessary to navigate through large images such as maps. In this way, no information contained in the images can be leaked to the cloud servers, and at the same time, users can fully exploit the cloud model by delegating most of the computation to the cloud. This paper focuses on to develop a secure cloud based image storage and editing application using Modified Paillier Cryptosystem. To reduced encryption and decryption operation during scaling and cropping and also increase performance of the existing system by minimizing the overhead.
