Nowadays ensuring the security of critical information infrastructure is an urgent task. The objects of critical information infrastructure are information and telecommunication networks, automated control systems and their communication networks. The wide use of these systems, especially in political sphere, increases the probability of computer attacks. Usually criticality degree of computer attack impact is determined by the consequences of its information impact. Targeted computer attacks require considerable attention, especially in the case of information wars. Modeling the protection of critical information infrastructure objects from computer attacks is a multi-layered task. The possibilities of implementing computer attacks on information systems using the vulnerabilities of these systems require the development of specific modeling methods. Protection models are universal, but they require consideration of object features. A systematized set of protection programs against targeted attacks allows their rapid assessment and providing an opportunity to take effective measures to protect critical infrastructure facilities.
