Design of the Integrated Temperature Stabilization System

In this paper implementation of the integrated temperature stabilization system is discussed. Highly-linear CMOS temperature sensor with a nonlinearity level below 8% in the range from -60° to +85°C is designed. Schematic, layout and main characteristics of the temperature stabilization system and designed CMOS sensor are presented.
