Finite Commutative Hypergroups Associated with Actions of Finite Abelian Groups

This paper is devoted to constructing finite commutative hypergroups associated with actions of finite abelian groups, which are given as modifications of crossed products in operator algebras. This construction relies on the application of some notions of operator algebras, crossed products and conditional expectations.
