Dynamic Reconfigurable Channelization Technology Based On Frequency Response Masking

Wenxu Zhang, Chunguang Zhang, Wei Zhang, Tao Chen · 2018

In the process of studying dynamic reconfigurable channelization, it is found that the non-ideal characteristics of the filter can easily cause the energy overlap of adjacent channels to produce several spikes in the spectrum after reconstruction, commonly known as the rabbit-ear phenomenon [1]. To solve the problem, a new dynamic reconfigurable channelization design method based on frequency response masking (FRM) is proposed. The FRM technology is used to reduce the computational complexity of the overall filter. It is applied to the reconstruction filter bank to seek to reduce the impact of the rabbit-ear phenomenon without increasing the amount of computation. The simulation analysis and the comparison of complexity verify the effectiveness of this method. This method has a certain value in engineering application.
