Polarization-Sensitive Arrays (PSAs) have been received extensive attention due to their superior anti-interference performance, and have been utilized in the anti-interference applications for the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) in recent years. However, in high dynamic conditions, the performance of the conventional PSA interference suppression algorithms might possibly deteriorate due to null mismatches in the beam-pattern. We herein develop the Covariance Matrix Taper (CMT) scheme for the dual-polarized antenna arrays to mitigate the performance degradation owing to null mismatches. The efficiency and robustness of the power inversion incorporated with the proposed CMT scheme in the strong interference suppression is validated through illustrative simulation results.
