Mobile applications

Writing application programs in a smart, mobile device is a relatively new field in computer programming. In exploring this new field, Park University started by using a simple block language, MIT App Inventor [1]. MIT App Inventor allows the students to design and program apps to be used in an Android-based mobile device. Similarly to Alice [2] or Scratch [3], there is no prior programming experience needed to program in MIT App Inventor.
