As training specialists, instructional designers, or any other content developer tasked with capturing expertise, project managers are in a position to create a logical and easy to understand learning path. When project manager experts are approaching retirement, they will probably have to accommodate some age-related biological changes as their work with them. As project managers company works through the interpersonal and technological challenges presented by intergenerational knowledge transfer, keep in mind that this process can occur in an atmosphere of peaceful coexistence. Peaceful coexistence is best achieved by mutual respect and a mutual desire to ensure that their company succeeds in the marketplace in the short and long run.
