When analyzing the performance of complex military organizations, it is very important to describe the entities and relationships between entities. The FINC method has many advantages in this aspect. However, with the further application, this method also presents some deficiencies, such as this method is mainly a linear analysis method. In this paper, taking advantage of the timed influence nets (TIN), and considering the actual situation in military operations, this paper improves the calculation process of FINC by adopting the advantage of TIN. The experimental results show that the effective information quality, the collaborative attack capability between fire units and the executive ability calculated by the improved method can better reflect the actual combat situations.
