The technology of multi-radar fusion imaging is proposed by Lincoln laboratory in 1990s, which can markedly improve the quality of imaging by the two-dimensional fusion of frequency spectrum and azimuth. But the application is severely restricted by the estimation precision of incoherent parameter in multi-radar which relies deeply on the signal to noise ratio (SNR). An algorithm of iteration dictionary Bayesian parameter estimation is proposed in this paper, which amends the traditional Bayesian estimation by the weighted clustering and parameter zooming, and the simulation indicate its availability in abating the dependency of SNR.
