A Cooperative Architecture for Blockchain Federated Mediators from Industry Perspective
Dong Cheng, Suihe Chen, Yinjian Yang · 2018
This paper proposes a blockchain federated mediator architecture to support querying and cooperation activities. Due to the data and programs are crossing various blockchain systems, leveraging the information poses challenges especially for the reason of heterogeneity introduced by the information systems. The mediation services are expected to play an important role in helping automated processes to access the heterogeneous information from various chains. While there are no answers from a mediator because of the unsatisfication of search criteria for a single object, the mediators are able to collaborate with each other in order to make a composite answer by grouping a set of objects. In this paper, we introduce such a mediator-based architecture on blockchains and its implementation from the industry perspective.
