On the Solutions of the Positive Semi-Definite Complementarity Problem.

A short direct proof is given of the fact that if a semi-definite complementarity problem is feasible then it is solvable. It is also shown that the set of all complementary solutions of such a problem is a face of the polyhedron of all feasible solutions and an effective procedure for finding all such solutions is given.
