Agricultural Social Application for Adaptive Planning on Crop Cycle Model Based on Plant Area

This paper presents an application for helping farmers to manage their crop production processes. The primary objective is to increase demands and reduce production costs for Thai's farmers with maximum production and profit. The planting guideline from the official process is applied for operating farmers plant by a mobile application. We also use mobile technology as a channel for communicate to a social network. The proposed solution includes of several functions that designed to fit the style of Thai's farmers such as plant calendar management, geometry mapping of a farm location, simple accounting management, crop plant sharing, online marketing, and social communication channel. Moreover, the proposed solution includes a function to assist farmers in achieving best practice agricultural outcomes from the social community. The mobile application help farmer to optimize their planting by collecting the suitable actual planning area in the specific area. The experimental results showed that this solution helps farmers to plan, monitor and analyze all activities easily. Farmers can analyze farming data for preparing budget and effort to support production management.
