Efficient Data Record System for Radio Backend

Data record rate and size are growing exponentially along with the requirement of high resolution and sensitivity, so it is very import to develop a record system which is most efficient available. Most data record programs nowadays are relying on TCP/UDP over socket, which limits on current hardware. Which is the best protocol to reach high speed record and limit CPU usage? We will compare several protocols and analysis the performance. Then choose best one to archive the whole system through tuning network parameters. The system will use in radio observatory for most radio backend in the future.
