Xiaofei Zhen · Ekoloji · 2018

Economic globalization is a law of economic development, and talent is the first resource. In the context of globalization, enterprises are the only way to achieve export-oriented development. For China’s environmental protection enterprises, the lack of comprehensive talents and the lack of international experience are important reasons for restricting enterprises to go further. Therefore, this paper focuses on the development status of China’s environmental protection industry and the favorable conditions for export-oriented development, focusing on the indispensable role of foreign language ability. The results show that there is a serious shortage of comprehensive talents with strong foreign language quality. Finally, from the perspective of corporate culture, several suggestions for promoting the outward-oriented development of environmental protection enterprises in China are proposed.
