Recent advancements in technology and lifestyle have changed a big deal of the world around us, and especially the world of business. With the booming of mobility and the continuous progression of smart technologies; a years ago, Global Software Development (GSD) has become a necessity in almost virtual businesses, GSD is becoming a hot topic in the place of work and outside of it. It's a concept that changed our way of life, the technological boundaries and works, a lot of organizations began to work virtually by outsourcing from diver's countries with remote access software development. It has become easy connecting with outsourcing to facilitate corporation and reduce cost. The internet has supported GSD by providing new options and techniques resulting in resource pools, flexibility, scalability. it also included usage tracking and independences.as well as affected on a product designed, build, tested and delivered to customers. However, it faces many challenges. This paper aims to take a deeper exploratory dive into GSD and the challenges involved. And we will discuss the impact of GSD on Software quality. in order to gain a perspective on its potential and possible solutions for some of its issues.
