The paper presents the two services of cloud that is salesforce.com and Force.com and also the functionality of these services by introducing a ticket booking desktop application for metro rail users using Salesforce.com and Force.com. Salesforce.com is a suite of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools which are designed to help big and small businesses dramatically improving their customer service, retention rates, purchase analysis and much, much more. Salesforce provides both SaaS and PaaS cloud services. Force.com is the platform provided by salesforce, is used for application development.
