SBPSO-LB: SB-PSO based Secure Load Balancing Approach for Cloud Data Center with RSA

In cloud environment, different kinds of dynamically changing demands are coming from end users and these requests should fulfilled by the Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). So, in cloud load balancing is a necessary technique. Basically, it is a process by which CSPs can efficiently distribute the incoming loads among the VMs of the data centers to achieve an efficient Resources Utilization, Response time etc. In this paper, SB-PSO is presented for the optimization of resources and finally provides an efficient load balancing technique for Cloud environment; RSA is used here for security purpose.
