An Empirical Study on the Relationships among the Service Quality of University, International Students' Satisfaction and Loyalty

As the number of students enrolled in universities in Korea decrease, the universities tend to examine the response of international students for service quality of university, satisfaction and loyalty.BR The research is to examine the relationship among service quality of education, the satisfaction and loyalty of international students in Korea. Moreover, administrative service was included as a moderating variable between educational service and satisfaction. For the statistical analysis, the total of 416 effective samples were collected for international students, who enrolled in universities.BR According to the results, it is identified that service quality of education for international students is positively related to their satisfaction except the tangible dimension. Further, it is also identified that satisfaction is positively related to the loyalty to the universities.
