The connotation of cloud computing is the integration of data in micro or small devices to conduct high-performance processing. However, with the proliferation of Internet Plus and Internet of Things, cloud computing is in the dilemma of dealing with individual and customized needs with colossal quantity. Since variation exists in hardware performance facing different needs. GIS, is a typical complex multi-layered graphic application with various requirements of hardware performances and its multi-scale 3D graphical processing is a typical challenge for computing capacity. The study of Performance-Oriented Edge Computing is our main work on selection of computing resources at the edge when encountering large-scale computing like 3D scenery through service and distribution of Geospatial Information to better coordination of computing resources at the edge.
