In the existing literatures, the spectrum price function of the primary users (PUs) is not considered to be affected by the spectrum supply and demand relationship between the primary and secondary users (SUs) in the model of dynamic spectrum allocation. In this paper, an improved dynamic spectrum allocation model (Improved-DSA) was proposed, in which SUs update their spectrum request dynamically by obtaining the spectrum price information of PUs and their own historical game strategy information. In addition, SUs' competition factor is introduced to analyze the effects of SUs' competition on SUs' Nash equilibrium and SUs' dynamic game stability. Finally, static game and dynamic game were be use d to analyze the competitive behavior of SUs, and simulation results reveal that the strategies of SUs will converge to the Nash equilibrium faster.
