Mebarka Yahlali · 2018

The SOA approach is a good method of integrating IT and business solutions into an increasingly connected and distributed world. It is the convergence of several existing approaches, and the emergence of a style of architecture and governance of IS (Information System). In an SOA architecture the service provider publishes its Web services in directory. The client sends a request to the directory to find the service he needs. If the registry contains the service sought by the client, it returns the description of the services with the usage contract. Web services technology is a fast way of distributing information between customers, suppliers, business partners and their different platforms. With the increasing number of services available on the Internet and whose functionality is similar, "how to distinguish and select the best service Web from other? "becomes a major problem to solve. We would then face the problem of selecting web services in order to choose the combination of services that offers the best quality of service. In the selection phase both functional and non-functional requirements are generally well considered. In this paper we present a process enabling web service selection.
