Diversified Bus Services and Enterprise Information System: An Example of Beijing

Diversified bus services, as a new type of urban public transport modes to meet the various needs of passengers, have become more and more popular in many cities all over the world. After reviewing the current status and characteristics of the diversified bus services, we take the diversified bus service in Beijing as an example to introduce its operation and management process. In addition, based on the operation status of Beijing Bus enterprise, a comprehensive enterprise information system including diversified bus service management is set up, and the function and application of the enterprise information system are defined. The research results can provide suggestions and guidance for the development of diversified bus services in similar cities around the world, and provide reference for enterprises to carry out diversified bus service management.
