A Novel Design of Quantum-Dots Cellular Automata Comparator Using Five-Input Majority Gate

Majority gate and inverter are the basic logic units of Quantum-dot Cellular Automata circuits. Most former comparators are designed in three-input majority gates and inverters. In this paper, a novel comparator using five-input majority gate is presented.The proposed comparator is simulated in QCADesigner and the result shows that the logic function of proposed comparator is correct.
