Corpus Tools for Writing Teachers

Recent developments in corpus‐based studies of written genres have translated into corpus‐based research findings and corpus‐based tools that make excellent resources for writing teachers. There is a wide variety of corpora made up of written texts which are available online and that can be used, for example, to analyze different aspects of a great range of written registers and to study register variation.
