This paper presents a tracking and interception system for the multi-target tracking environment. The Kalman filter is used to efficiently track the multiple targets. A selection criteria based on the minimum covariance magnitude is used to select the instant to initiate the interception system for each target. The interception system uses the geometric representation to calculate range and azimuth to hit the target at some future location. This work studies the effect of different conditions and scenarios while target is intercepted. The hit error and root mean square error are selected as statistical parameters to investigate the performance of proposed system.
