Knowledge Sharing The VTT Publication register has been OAI compatible since June 2003. In other words, harvesters, using the protocol created by Open Archives Initiative, have been able to gather metadata from our database into OAI compatible service providers, typically search services. Thus, our database is no longer hidden in the Deep Web.
