Connecting FAQ Bot to Social Channels

In the last chapter, I explained the Azure Bot framework offering, called the Web App Bot service. We created and integrated QnA Maker knowledgebase into the Azure Bot service. In this chapter, I explain how to connect the bot to social channels. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
