Ad Hoc Network Routing Protocol Based on Location and Neighbor Sensing

Aiming at the frequent changes of network topology caused by the high dynamics of UAV nodes and the low data delivery rate due to the instability of node links, an OLSR routing protocol based on location and neighbor sensing is proposed. The node's location information is added to the HELLO packet. The link stability is considered in selection of MPRs. Simulation results show that the improved routing protocol has better network stability, higher data delivery rate and lower end-to-end delay in high dynamic UAV ad hoc networks.
