The possibility of using the method with the use of saturated solutions of salts for the preparation of samples of organic liquids of known moisture was investigated. It is shown existing methods known as mixing or bubbling with gas even a two-temperature method may not always be useful for obtaining samples of an organic liquid of known moisture due to their specific features, making them difficult to use. The following organic liquids were used for research: aviation kerosene, pentane, hexane, octane, toluene and benzene. During the experiments was to identify that selected salts do not dissolve in organic liquids samples. The verification of this result was carried out using the quartz crystal microweighing method. All the results obtained in the course of experimental studies were recorded by control devices. The proposed method using saturated solutions of salts for the preparation of organic liquids of known moisture can be suitable for adjusting and calibrating moisture meters.
