Quality Evaluation Formalization of the In-Circuit Control Test Based on the Maximum Entropy Principle

The article consideres the entropy criterion used to evaluate the quality of the in-circuit control test in digital devices. The presented approach allows to analyze the in-circuit control test and to reduce its length.
