Today Mobile applications have grown tremendously. Since it influences many aspects, therefore, the quality measurement of the mobile application is needed, and it requires a thorough system evaluation of the usefulness of the application. The purpose of this study is performed by a feasibility test which uses structured data analysis methods. Data collections are completed by distributing questionnaires to 53 students of SMA Negeri 1 Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta, and the collected data were analyzed using Framework Analysis (FA) and Usability Problem Taxonomy (UPT) method. The analysis includes many processes i.e., arrange, classify, classify and severity measurement. The results of the study yielded 12 usability problems with the severity of 2.33 (medium). Go-Jek order view and Go-Life View have the highest severity with 4 (critical), Go-Jek Home View, Go-Pay View and Orders View with 3 (severe) severities, Help Menu View and Go-Jek View with severity 2 (severe). Most classification problems in UPT is related to Artifact Component. It can be categorized where main categories are Visualness (1), Language (7), and Manipulation (4.) Another component is Task Component which consist two main categories i.e. Task Mapping (5) and Task Facilitation (4). Our research shows that by using FA and UPT methods, the comprehensive evaluation can be performed.
