The world of internet is experiencing a drastic growth day by day, which is obviously increasing the traffic. Hence the concept of Load Balancing is introduced. But in the existing Load balancers, configuring each and every network device separately, costs more time and effort. The implementation could be done locally in the existing method, which brings up the problem, inflexibility. In our way of approach, Load balancing is made easier for the users to get used to and the response time and delay can be reduced in a much better way by using Software Defined Networking (SDN). This is done through efficient Load Balancing by implementing FlowQoS mechanism like flow classifier and rate shaper with additional features like creating virtual queues. By using this method of Load balancing, the traffic and data flow can be optimized to a higher rate, and to reduce the delay.
