A Discrepancy View Model of Standardization of Web Technology

Web technology has penetrates into everyday life. It is one of the most successful technologies in the human history. On the contrary, the web standard organization body has been struggling with discrepancy of standardization attitude with the WHATWG for more than a decade. The author presents a view model of this discrepancy of web technology standardization. Then, the author presents implications of today's technology landscape.
