The role of fluctuations in artificial intelligence from Zadeh’s fuzzy sets point of view

It has been analyzed a decision-making in fuzzy environment. Here the system under control is the control-related system in the human or machine brain. Fluctuations of neuron electrical signals as fuzzy environment are represented the white noise. In this case the stochastic integral is being defined not only by Ito, Stratonovich, Klimantovich but spectrum of definitions. This spectrum can be considered as set of alternatives at a decision-making process.
