Comparative Study of Various Techniques on Handwriting Recognition and Analysis

Handwriting recognition is highly important for digitalizing important documents. Many problems arise while recognizing an individual's handwriting. The most important factor here is legibility of the writing. Legibility gets affected if the words are not straight enough to be understood by the computing systems. So, to recognize anyone's handwriting, skew in the characters should be removed first. Here in this paper, some techniques are discussed which are used for the recognition and analysis of handwritings. These techniques aids the process of digitalization of the documents and ease the further processing of the documents.
