A problem in the assessment of the rapid fuzzy search effectiveness on the basis of matrix algorithms (AESA, LAESA, PAESA, iAESA, TLAESA) in text dictionaries is considered.There are shown results of the practical analysis of the number of distances under computation at the moment of search carrying out.
