Best Practices for Large- Scale Agile Transformations

Del Wright · Scholars' Bank (University of Oregon) · 2018

Agile software development methods were originally designed for small, individual team projects, but have shown potential benefits for larger projects and organizations as well. Using a review of literature published since 2011, this paper seeks to inform information technology (IT) leaders of large organizations of the challenges and best practices for implementing large-scale Agile transformations.
