Cognitive Radio (CR) is types of communication in which transceiver may smartly sense which channels are always in utilize process and which cannot, and immediately shift onto empty channels whereas avoiding occupied ones. It improves the employ of accessible wireless spectrum while reducing obstruction for further users. In this paper we design CR network and evaluate that by using different proactive and reactive RPs (RPs). The major realistic advantage of RSA is that it is a public key code, and this makes it a lot easier to solve the primary problem of cryptography, which is to securely allocate keys. Here we designed RSA cryptography system to encrypt and decrypt original data and explained the effect of RSA cryptography on performance parameter of CR network.
